Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5, which had been held on the                                                                         
Secretary's desk (page 331), be taken up. Without objection, the                                                                
resolution was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 5 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                            
the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Joint Resolution No.                                                             
13, urging the United States Department of the Army to maintain and                                                             
strengthen the current level of its combat-capable structure in the state                                                       
and not to take structural realignment actions with regard to Fort                                                              
Wainwright and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, pass the Senate?"
